Best Valorant S Tier Agents: Cypher, Jett, Neon, & Gekko
The S-Tier agents in Valorants are the strongest and come with really cool abilities. In any competitive play, you can easily dominate the battlefield with S-tier, provided that you master their specific gameplay.
The agents in the S-Tier are really good which is a key reason why they are frequently chosen. After looking at all the available options, we have picked Cypher, Jett, Neon, & Gekko:
Cypher
- Role: Sentinel
Cypher has quickly climbed up the popularity ladder after getting multiple buffs in the recent updates. These changes have allowed the Cypher to become the best option in the Sentinel category.
Cypher’s special abilities are Cyber Cage, Neural Theft, Trapwire, and Spy Cam. The Cyber Cage creates a special zone that slows down the movement/vision of enemies who enter it. The next ability is Neural Theft, which comes handy in finding the location of the enemy team.
Trap Wire is also an interesting ability that can reveal the location of enemy players. If not destroyed in time, it can also daze the enemy players. Next up is Spycam, which is yet another cool way to reveal the location of enemy players.
Jett
- Role: Duelist
Jett has been the player’s favorite in the S-Tier, despite all the updates. Since the launch of Valorant, Jett has remained the player’s favorite due to her agile abilities and high versatility.
Jett also has smaller hitboxes, which allows her to become the most reliable and & powerful Duelist. She has an evasive fighting style and can cut through enemy lines before they even realize it.
Jett’s special abilities are Updraft, Blade Storm, Cloudburst, and Tailwind. Updraft allows her to jump higher in the air, while Blade Storm can be used to throw highly accurate knives at enemies.
CloudBurst is also a useful ability that can block enemies’ vision. The last ability is Tailwind, which propels the Jett in the direction of your choice at a fast speed.
Once you learn how to perfectly time and use the Jett abilities, you can easily beat anyone in the match.
Neon
- Role: Duelist
Neon is a duelist with abilities like Relay Bolt, Overdrive, Fast Lane, and Higher Gear. All of these abilities allow Neon to move at a fast speed & catch her enemies when they least expect it.
There’s no doubt that Neon is still a powerful character despite the nerfs in the recent update. The first ability is Relay Bolt. This is just an energy bolt that hits the ground and electrifies everything on it.
Overdrive allows the Neon to unleash its full potential in terms of speed and power. Using the Overdrive, she can shoot a beam of lighting with her bare hands.
Fast Line is also an interesting ability that creates a path using walls of electricity. These walls block the enemy’s vision and also damage anyone who passes through them.
Gekko
- Role: Initiator
Gekko is an initiator in Valorant & has one of the most interesting abilities in the game. He can control small creatures which can be launched at enemies for different purposes.
Gekko’s special abilities are thrash, moh pit, dizzy, and wingman. The best part about using Gekko is that you reuse and reclaim the abilities, including the Ultimate.
Wingman’s ability allows them to send a creature that attacks and blasts the first enemies in his path. Thrash can be used to steer through the enemy area and attack any enemy in the area. This power temporarily detains the enemy in a small area.
